Me either. I saw so many athletes that were so thrilled to be there and worked so hard.
And unfortunately, the few American athletes who wouldn't behave have given the rest a black eye. The USOC is NOT happy with Bode Miller, Shani Davis, Chad Hedrick, or 'Speedy' Peterson. Sounds like more lessons on comportment will be conducted for the next winter Olympics.
The thing is, they give the United States a black eye -- and it's not like other countries aren't LOOKING for something to trash the USA about, huh?
It's a far cry from the days when Avery Brundige kicked two Americans off of the Olympic team for drinking champagne on the cruise ship on the way to the games.
