Service Level Agreements aside, it has gotten much more complicated to protect websites. Millions of home computers plugged directly into cable modems/DSL connections, default security settings, and no security makes it possible to launch huge traffic salvos (distributed denial of service, DDOS) against target sites.
The probable lib-wakos responsible are guilty of severely flawed reasoning, yes, but it is likely the expertise to pull off this kind of activity exists.
Just a thought.

Reading her book, Unhinged, there's a chapter that includes a lot of the hate mail she's received. Wow, what she has to deal with - profanity, threats, accusations. I hope she's got protection, as in body guards.
