Holy %&#*(%.
Get your kids out of the public schools NOW!
Did someone say "slippery slope?"
"The Art of Surrender" is the real headline.
The Art of Dhimmitude.
When I left my almost totally Islamisized Canadian neighborhood for Minneapolis, I thought I had left this sort of madness behind. I was wrong.
I lived in Fremont California and in the suburb just to our north Hayward they made 7th graders dress-up like Muslims. There was a whole month to study Islam and had kids compose Muslim prayers. This is no joke and it made news but as far as I know it still goes on there.
Slippery Slope?
Now way we've fallen and can't get out of the hole.
It seems that Canada and California have already fallen and it is now moving south and east.
Holy Sh*t. They won't let teachers wear little cross pendants but they're ready to turn the kids into little Muslims. Bastards.
NO WAY we've fallen. correction
Homeschooling frees parents from the oppressive arm of government which seeks to indoctrinate children with propaganda while depriving them of a good education.
(You may quote me on that!)
Homeschooling!
Yikes!
LOVE your tagline!
It seems the muslims object to an awful lot. But I notice they want to live here. I don't see them moving to the middle east where they would have a virtual islamic utopia. No, they move here and then object to every little detail about living here. The answer should be obvious. Don't move here. But if you do, don't complain if things are not completely to your liking. What a country. We have reconquista from the Mexicans, and the islamics are getting started at their first conquest of this country and culture. And we just sit passively while it happens. The islamics won't be happy not drawing people themselves. They will only be happy when every schoolchild in America cannot draw, dance, believe except as muslims approve.
I remember a few years ago, at a Kansas college, an art instructor taking a stand because some people complained about him showing hard core homosexual sex videos as part of an art appreciation class. He said there was no way the "religious wrong" was going to control his curriculum. It's amazing how fast people roll over when the right person complains.
No more Christmas pageants, trees or Christmas vacation, but we kiss the robe of the Moooooslims and with our own tax money.
"They won't let teachers wear little cross pendants but they're ready to turn the kids into little Muslims."
The excuse they're using is that crosses are non-secular, whereas Jewish and Islamic symbols are considered secular.

I'm not thoroughly familiar with Minnesota secondary education but this school appears to be a charter school, in fact, "the premier Afro-Centric charter school" in Minnesota.
There's a web site that has a parent review and a student review of this school:

(December 2004)
"Higher Ground Academy is a joke to education and a great disservice to all children not just African American. Test scores don't always reflect accuracy of student performance. The Department of Education needs to take a closer look into what is going on in this so called place of academic learning. Scandals and misappropriation of funding to say the least and under qualified staff and the unwillingness of administration to provide approriate curriculum, staff development, and resources for staff and students. There needs to be a serious consideration of restructing beginning with the head of administration. The Board of Directors and the Higher Ground Board do not meet regularly nor to the meetings reflect parent concerns for change. This is not a place of learning and I would advise more parents to beaware before considering placement for their children as I have."

"the class are over fill no body learns we don't go on bearly any field trips."
