How do we know is was a sop and not the best of a bad lot? How many companies bid, anyone know? Anyone know who the others were?

I believe it was three companies total. [Check that number.] And the DP Ports company was considered the best. I do not argue with that decision, that they were the best qualified of those that competed. But, I think we need to tread carefully, since...

Now read that last sentence again and tell me why this deal does not demand close and open scrutiny!
