Teri Hatcher is no desperate politico.
The 'Desperate Housewives' star has been asked several times to appear on the politically oriented 'Real Time with Bill Maher,' but says a source, keeps turning down producers, saying that she's not politically correct.
'She said that she was not in-sync with Bill Maher--or most of Hollywood for that matter,' an insider says.
'We took that to mean that she is more conservative than most of Hollywood.'
Regarding Maher, Hatcher, noted: 'As per my political beliefs, I am a registered voter, and I would rather watch Bill Maher from my pajamas (as I have told him personally) than sit on a panel sweating while trying to be quick witted.'

Bill Maher? Is he still working?
Interesting. I don't watch Desperate Housewives, but I love Lois & Clark - The New Adventures of Superman.
It would have been far better if every self-respecting conservative had simply given Mahr's show a pass.
Let the left wing-tip bastard marginalize himself out of existance.
While I utterly loath-to-the-grave the show she stars in, I highly concur with her position on appearing in a Political talk show.
I'm actually not surprised with this--doesn't she have a maths degree from CalPoly or something? She's no dummy, apparently.
thanks for posting that. she's so gorgeous I think cartoons depicting her should be considered blasphemy.
Nice snack.
From IMDB:
Born and raised in the San Francisco area, Teri Hatcher began studying acting at the American Conservatory Theatre while pursuing an undergraduate degree in mathematics and engineering. Although she was planning to transfer to California Polytechnic Institute, she attended an open casting call -- as a favor to a friend who needed moral support -- and ended up in Hollywood...Her father is a nuclear physicist and her mother is a computer programmer.

He hasn't ?
Good for Terri! Why anyone would think mahr has any wits at all is beyond me, though.
Not sure. Isn't she supposed to be dating George Clooney?
Bill Maher, on the other hand, is too damned stoopid. It's amazing how a guy can have his attitude on a show with a list of writers and researchers more numerous than the members of the audience.
I thought Clooney was dating Lucy Liu?
OK, now my husband has my official permission to have an affair with her! :-)
