Oregon's Supreme Court has resuscitated the controversial property rights law that could redefine rural Oregon.

Measure 37 did not violate state and federal constitutions as a lower court thought, justices said this morning in a sweeping, unanimous opinion.

Their decision -- which will be dissected across the nation -- jump-starts more than 2,500 applications to develop land controlled by government regulations.

GOOD! One "for the people." Lots of people in Hood River waiting to see how this would play out.

Excellent.

Big win for property owners vs the eco-fascist land thieves.

Maybe next some judge will discover that cockroaches, rats and snakes don't have a priority claim to your property.

Thanks, you are a good man.

Thought about this a lot, does this mean that GWB`s message is getting through? Believe me, this is a 180 from where this court usually is.
This is a very big win for our side.

Great News!

I'm referring this judicial win to a local group trying salvage the rights of land owners. The enviros have been using the lower court's decision to hurt the land owners.
