Whoa, he shot him four times with a .45 and that didn't stop him?? I thought the same thing! And he was already shot once by the officer! What kind of dope was this dude on?
To: Ellesu
I'll wager you that the Police Officer thinks that this shooter is a hero, and is probably thankful the guy dd what he did to save the officer's life.

I promise that if you shoot me four times in the torso with that gun, I'll quit fighting. No need to blow my head off.

No charges? I guess this proves the police are above the law. If this had been a regular citizen, you JUST KNOW they would have charged him.
er...wait.
Nevermind.

No race issues mentioned?
To: TC Rider
probably ball ammo, should have used black talons or at least hollow points. :)

Whoa, he shot him four times with a .45 and that didn't stop him?? Impossible. Just shooting someone in the pinkie with a .45 is a one shot stop. Just ask one of these .45 guys.

BR radio is talking( http://www.wjbo.com ) about it now. Temple black male, Stevens white male and a couple of black callers are screaming it was a race issue.

That's when Stevens went to his car and grabbed his .45 caliber pistolI wonder if auto zone prohibits CCW. It would have been ironic if they did and the officer got killed because of the delay in the civilians response. Regardless, that some job by him. Takes huge stones and discipline to step up like that.

I agree 100% with shot placement though the .45 is a lot of lead and yes dope must soften it. I've always owned a .45, so use shot placement and more lead.

a couple of black callers are screaming it was a race issueYeah, a black racist was trying to kill a white cop. Surely that is a racial attack.

Doesn't make sense does it? 4 rounds in the torso with a .45????
He had to have been pumped up on drugs. Some really big time stuff.

Four times in the gut without hitting a bone or oregon of some sort I can understand.
Basicly a flesh wound.
