Um... if you can figure out how to handle the money... I'm good for $5 towards a really big order of 24 boxed sets for the troops.
Yep, we're trying to get chocolate out under the wire before April when it starts to get too hot to send it.
After then I get around the heat by sending Tootsie Pops and boxes of individual packs of Chips Ahoy cookies.
However, I saw a C-span tour of a commissary at Fallujah that had Chips Ahoy and all sorts of bags of potato chips on the shelves, so I'm checking individual bases now and mostly concentrating on the ones out in the sticks without PX or commissaries.
Thing is she can't be that old, she just had a baby not too long ago.
OH POO!!! Dang... NOW I'm linked to that movie. Rats. I HATE it when I do that.
Okay. I "like" Phsstpok like a brother. (Willl that work?)
Whew! Is it okay now.
(Someone needs to come to Denver to pick my wife up. She just fainted.)
The best and most refreshing of all the shows today was Simpson, and his glorious statement about the press: controversy, crap and confusion. It is a big hit over at Captain's Quarters, and have requested graphics with that slogan. I don't know how to post pictures, but if someone more skilled wants to do so, there are two great ones over at http://www.captainsquartersblog.com/mt/.
Although I'm certain that plenty of freepers will come up with their own graphics....anyway, check it out over at CQ.
I read on one of the posts on your thread...that the troops like those Crystal Lite individual drink thingys...
The store by my house is having a sale on them...so think I will stock up on them...
ROFLMAO....your poor wife...she must love you a LOT!!
Honestly, I understand all the invectives anyone can throw at Graham. I've done it myself.
My ONLY point is, and I disagree with much of it, Graham says these things to come across as unbiased, and then he's quite outspoken in attacking anyone who goes against his preconceived charity to someone on the left.
Still, go ahead and go after Graham. He deserves it most of the time anyway. About time he learns some "better" realities of what he does.
Oh, great, if you get some of the individual packs of Crystal Lite, we'll have you send them to the unit that just moved to the Syrian border and doesn't have much in the way of amenities.
I may still respect you in the morning, but my wife is calling the locksmith to put me away. AB didn't help me much either. Now! I'll have to go off into the jungle and hide......
I totally agree with your Rangle insight. More, I believe Rangle is really a racist at heart, and so biased that he's one of the worst Democrats in the House.
I think this is a non-story from a security angle.
@@@@
I agree.
the packs or the actual bottled drinks?
There are small boxes of Crystal Lite with 8-10 envelops in each meant to flavor 1 standard issue bottle of water.
You know I usually agree with you. On this, I don't. I did not interput Brit's comment as anything other than sarcasism in that the media and Democrats were ignoring other issues and news.
The DC press corps may think this was a slow new week, but that's only because the news was unimportant to them.
I have a box of them.. hold on...
for those people who are new or just now getting involved in politics, this is great stuff for them.
@@@@@
This is exactly the value of Hannity. He is non-threatening to listeners who are just starting to think about politics. Lots of new conservatives start with Hannity.
Well...I didn't think of it that way...sarcasm huh??
Works for me...usually I pick up on it...but, I was just listening at the time, not actually looking at the screen..so..
Thanks, that makes me feel better.
Love, yes. BUT, she puts up with a lot too. God bless her. I'd be even worse without her keeping me in line. LOL
