I think he showed his stripes when O'Reilly was on his show a couple of months ago. I was more suprised, with all the gay actors out there, he would make the comment in the manner he made it.
I didn't know MNJohnnie was mailing stuff...that is terrific...what a guy!!
AND, be careful..because if you start sending stuff through him...you too could get addicted!!
It might be a good project for your son to get involved in...thinking of stuff that he thinks the troops might want/need...and helping you pick it out...taking boxes to the post office..
I am going to try to get Kailey's teacher to let her class make some cards during art time some day...
LOL ...........yes, stirring the pot is breathing to me, as you suggest.
;-)
Years ago, smoking the pot was sometimes breathing to me.
Our enemy, the Fifth Column
My husband just got home from Atlanta. Two servicemen got on the flight returning from a tour of duty in Iraq. The flight attendant told the passengers that they were home for a short time and would be deployed again. My husband and his seatmate gave these 2 guys their 1st class seats.
Yes, it was insensitive of Letterman in a couple of ways. As you say with respect to the gay actors, and again Letterman was even more reprehensible than when Kerry brought up that subject of Cheney's daughter at the debate. It was not fair at all to Dick and his daughter.
The point you are making in the delays in getting stuff from the ports...is the arguement that Congresscritters have to use with certain lib Senators that get up regularly, and complain that EVERY container isn't inspected.
Whoa, what just a minute! I thought it was the Repub that were the "party of corruption" and influence peddling!! /sarcasm
WOW! What GREAT IDEAS!
THANKS!!!! I will have to do that too!!!
YOU SOOOOOOOO ROCK!
YOU ARE BRILLIANT!
LOL!!!
:-)
Excuse me Senator. How many containter enter the US everyday? How much would it cost to inspect EVERY one?
uhhhhhhh, well, per Dean it isn't my job to offer any solutions....just my job to ATTACK.....(the Republicans)
ooooooops...was that smarmy?
:-)
Yeah, all the old Military vets at work are sending stuff to a platoon of Striker Infantryman in Monsul. We try to get a package or two every week sent out. Usually try to get some of the girls at work to send notes/picts etc. After all, bunch of 20 year old guys do NOT really want to hear from US. Been kind of surprised how many of the guys are MARRIED! They really are the best Army this Nation has ever fielded.
