Leadership: What possesses a former vice president of the U.S. to travel to the birthplace of Islamist terrorism and denounce his country? Only a special breed of demons, apparently, can explain Al Gore.
The chief demon, of course, surely must be Gore's continuing quest for the presidency. Embittered he may well be by his loss of the highest office six years ago. But showing such supreme disloyalty to his country, as he did in Saudi Arabia on Sunday, cannot be condoned as an honorable means of pursuing the prize once more.
One thing we can be sure of after this.
Al Gore will never be POTUS.
I remember back when I was a kid Pappy Gore would have those big cattle auctions on the Gore farm,I wanted us to get one of those bulls at that auction one year.
Grandaddy told me those cattle ain`t for farmers,they`re for "contributions" to his bank account.They own that town of Carthage.
It still scares me how close his son came to being POTUS.
Both men are impeccable con artists.
And both men displayed their total lack of character in actions that disgraced their country and their families.
How amazing that Americans continue to vote for empty suits with no courage.
How few elected officials have any idea how to manage huge sums of money!!

I still remember, during the 2000 election, looking at TV and watching as, from left to right, Tipper, Gore and a daughter, were walking towards a church door. Gore was waving and smiling and then his daughter, who was walking slightly behind, moved up next to her father blocking him from view of the crowd. Gore scowled at her fiercely and she immediately fell back behind. Then he pasted this disgusting smile back on his face and resumed smiling and waving. I would have respected him somewhat if he hugged his daughter close, but all I was left with the feeling that Gore loves only Gore. God was watching over America when the American people elected President Bush. Thank you God.
