He bin al-Gore
LOL! Even my little(mostly liberal) hometown newspaper has figured it out! :)

Al Gore continues to give us reasons to give thanks that he was not elected president in 2000. There's the understatement of the month! We should be down on our knees thanking God that this crazed loon didn't become president.

Not exactly a 'burgh' thing, but thought you might like it! :-)

I remember the horrible sense of doom I felt when Al Gore announced he was contesting the election.
One of the darkest days in the history of the Republic I do declare. It drove me literally to my knees.

The subject of the movie "Love Story", a/k/a inventor of the internet also told us that the internal combustion engine represented the greatest threat to life on earth.
He also got more votes that GWB in 2000. Good thing the founders gave us the electoral college.

"We're just lucky he can't do it from the White House."
No truer words were ever written. If he keeps this up, there won't be a Dem in the White House in 2009 either. I think Gore is doing the Repubs a big favor.

Wasn't Gore's father affiliated with the KGB? Given that, it seems his actions are following his father's.

Will the Secret Service come after me if I express my profound desire to repeatedly kick him in the n#ts until he STFU?

I haven't heard much about this. The press is in a frenzy over a hunting accident but pretty much silent over Gore's irresponsible rant. He has put us in greater danger and the media could care less.
To: bayouranger
I believe you're correct, the connection was through Armand Hammer, a rich industrialist and major campaign supporter of Gore,Sr.

He also got more votes that GWB in 2000. Good thing the founders gave us the electoral college. Not if you throw out votes by dead Democrats and include the disenfranchised military and Florida panhandle voters.
But I agree about the Electoral College.

Even my left wing brother and friends say Gore is an embarrasment and is unhinged.

Thanking God and the little better than half of the voters that rejected him at the polls.

Gore fooled many people for alot of years.
The true character of a man emerges when confronted with hardships, failures and challenges.
Reagan displayed immense courage when he was nearly assassinated.
Gore has shown that he is nothing but a well-tailored bum!!
I apologize for using Gore's name in the same post as Reagan's!

Other than God, and a little better than half(537) of the voters in
Florida, one person I'm thankful to is Katherine Harris.
She stuck to her guns, and followed the law.To me,she was an American patriot in the truest sense.

Armand Hammer. There's a name that strikes fear in every media outlet. I'm not too fond of even bringing the name up to be honest.

Anyone notice how NO Democrats outside DU are commenting on Al Gore?
