Now you're talking. That's the same way I am. I don't like stuff so hot it fries your tastebuds and you can't taste the food. However, I could change my mind if I had to eat something like possum! LOL
As you start eating hot food -- slowly -- you get used to the heat. Gradually you just need a little more heat to make it hot but you can still taste the flavor. I love spicy! :o)
