Come on, Mojo! Quit slacking and participate, will ya? (Talk about a slacker!) Ahem! Now where were we? Oh Yeah!

This is a fun, friendly cooking contest open to anyone who would like to participate! There will be prizes! Imagine dat! First, second and third prizes, and honorable mention!

The prizes are cookbooks from Ms. B's extensive collection!

First prize: Patti Labelle's Lite Cuisine

Second prize: Greatest ever Thai Recipes

Third Prize: An appetite for Passion

Honorable mention: Pizza by James McNair

**  Winners will be announced two weeks from tonight! **  Entries can be main course, desserts, or side dishes! **  Please post your entries to this thread by midnight,        EST on Feb. 17, 2006. **  Make sure Ms.Behavin is in the "To" line of your post      to be considered for a prize!

Our panel of impartial (?) judges will have the final say!

I love cooking with wine! Sometimes I even put it in the food!

Our Italian restaurants are all small, hole int he wall places. Well -- most are -- there are a FEW really pricey ones. But the best ones are the tiny ones. YUM!!!

No..
Years ago I had several surgeries for severe TMJ problems..
I had to have an implant removed, there is no jaw hinge on one side..
Every once in awhile the pain flares up so badly I cannot even see, almost..
Feels like someone is trying to tear my jaw off..

Actually you can get two or three on top but I was going with the low-cholesterol recipe. ;-)

You made me hungry! I just fixed some salmon salad (similar to tuna salad) with whole wheat crackers and cherry tomatoes on the side. I know it's not gourmet, but at this time of night (late, late supper...lol!) it is delicious.

Hi Gummy ((HUGS)) Did you take 2 of those hours for me? I'm gonna head for home in about 15 minutes. Today went a little better and I think I have a handle on tomorrow.
