http://hasc3.house.gov/02-15-06sub.asf streams in realtime, that is, it takes 3+ hours to obtain it. I did so, and saved the file to disk. That file is now available at http://d.turboupload.com/d/363846/2-5-06AbleDangerAudio.asf.html, which will provide a faster download.
