The only thing I can think is either
a) Iran has one or two nukes

b) they've smuggled those legendary dozen or so suitcase nukes into the US (remember their claims that destruction would come upon us from an unknow direction?)

But again, they forget that we have thousands of Nukes. And the US remains the only power to have knowingly nuked civilians. Twice.
