I just heard from a local radio reporter (during Rush newsbreak at approximately 1:00 p.m) that Whittington "may have taken a turn for the worse," and was put back into intensive care.

Did you hear Brit say if his email was any indication the American Public is not happy with the WH Press Corps handling of this event.

"FR is full of rabid speculation." Mary Mapes, is that you?

I only watch Martha MacCallum, she's easy on the eyes.

BTW .. remember when Bill Clinton was in the hospital and Hellary was no where to be found for hours?
OR when Bill fell down the stairs at Greg Norman's house while he was drunk off his ass. Press laughed that one off as "That's just crazy Bill...he's a card!"

I'll bet that idiotic female doc called THEM. They're certainly not screening well. I don't believe she's a cardiologist, and that's the ONLY physicians Fox should be consulting for information on this one.

One doctor got particularly angry at a stupid metrosexual. It was a good moment in a horrible day for all involved.

It is a reference to medieval torture, used up into early colonial times, of "pressing".
Strap a guy down, face up; place a weighted board on him, and periodically add more weighted, until you squeezed or "pressed" the desired information out of him.
Akin to what reporters do at a press press conference---apply pressure, until they have squeezed out all the information they want.
It is no coincidence that the Press is called that, nor that early printing presses could double as torture instruments.

Yeah, but what was the alternative? Treat him in a house? The whole thing stinks.

Dr. London who has hysterically described the patient's heart as having "part of it die." Funny, I just heard a Fox reporterette talking about Sharon's condition the other day referring to having part of his digestive system die and saying "a condition called nec-ro-sis." I thought that sounded really ignorant.

Cardiologists treat heart disease with medicine.
FNC really should consult a cardiovascular surgeon.

Secondary to the birdshot or the media coverage? I'd venture a bet on the latter. (If it's true at all.)

FR is full of rabid speculation. Then it's up to you to instinctively activate your internal bozo filter and filter out all that gobbledygook by IGNORING it.

I can't wait for the news. Brian Williams will have his panties-in-a-bunch, high-pitched voice in serious medical mode tonight.

"It is not HIS PLACE nor this WHITE HOUSE'S place to update the press on another man's condition.
That's NOT his job -- and might well be a violation of Whittington's PRIVACY."
I agree. And I hope that tomorrow, when asked, this is exactly what he says because the media is going to put him through the wringer worse than before.
