I just heard from a local radio reporter (during Rush newsbreak at approximately 1:00 p.m) that Whittington "may have taken a turn for the worse," and was put back into intensive care.
Yes
I say let's bombard Cheney with our well wishes. I just can't imagine how he feels. :(

The real story is Fox going down the dumper
I'm NOT trolling. This guy was FINE yesterday.
Hospitals are NOT the safest place to be. This
is certainly a possibility considering the savage
state of culture.
On a blog that I administer I posted as a thought of the day; "In retrospect, it would have been cheaper and quicker if he had just taken Saddam hunting." Obviously that was tongue in cheek.
We try our best NOT to deal in rabid specualtion here.
Same thing happened to my second email to them. So I sent another. They are not going to shut out my voice.
I never heard that story and good for John Glenn for protecting his wife.
I'm writng one now!
I like your picture much better, but it doesn't fit The Agenda.
Good idea. Those bozos at Dayside focus on insipid human interest stories, Hollyweird bozos, and sobbing soccer moms.
Prayers for both men for sure. You know the VP has to be feeling just awful and under stress. It was an accident, but my guess is that Dick Cheney, being the kind of a man he is, will take more responsibility for the incident than he actually deserves to take.
Well they could move him to Baylor or MD Anderson or one of the other really good hospitals in Texas if they were really concerned. Might actually be a good idea just to be on the safe side.
its in the movie, "The Right Stuff"
There's just the slightest whisper floating around in my brain that may have come from an off-handed comment I could've heard on the tube over the weekend .. not that I read. But after searching through over 80 pages of search results, I'm not turning up anything except that this is definitely GLOBAL news. Prayers continuing for Mr. Whittington and Vice President Cheney.
Anyone could induce a heart attack through an IV. Haven't
you watched Mission Impossible? Just kidding.
I'm dead serious about this. I'm completely suspicious, since this guy was FINE yesterday. I also wonder how much security is stationed around Whittington.
If I were him, I'd be VERY afraid.
"I'm NOT trolling. "
Bullcrap! You don't know anything about what's going on there, but you're willing to post stupid speculation that someone's deliberately inducing problems on this man.
Trolling. Pure and simple. Stick to the facts. Comment on other people's posts. Don't speculate. The media's doing a fine job of that. We don't need it here on FR.
There is information out there. Read it. You don't have the qualifications to speculate, and the speculation you posted is simply idiotic.
