I just heard from a local radio reporter (during Rush newsbreak at approximately 1:00 p.m) that Whittington "may have taken a turn for the worse," and was put back into intensive care.
I found your BRILLIANT post on my own... sniff... you didn;t ping me the first time around. :(
The spoiled cat's name is O'Reilly.
Did you read STARWISE post 1060 -- she got the goods on the woman doctor on FOX today.
Is Cathy VandenHeuvel any relations to Katrina the Witch?
agreed, I can hear Hillary! screaming..."They murder people in cold blood and they get away with it!".
It'll go on for months, investigations, lies and slander and the drama queens in the media will finally get their role of a lifetime...
I know it was an accident, and these things do happen. But if the 78 year old gentleman does die, I don't see how the Vice President can remain in office with the incoming feeding frenzy. Why would anyone want to go through that? Hell, they've already accused the VP of being a drunken pyscopath as it is...I'd personally opt for a healthy retirement, time with family and friends, advise the Pres. on the side, and make some money. Heck, I might even go hunting....
There have been DOZENS AND DOZENS of these hysteric hissy fits by the Failed Media. These circuses matter to the Junk Journalists and the Talking Heads and NO ONE ELSE. How many times to we have to go thru these Dinosaur Media hissy fits before Conservatives wake up to how knee jerk hostile the Failed Media is to everything WE support? QUIT giving them more powers then they have. They are the ENEMY
"Breeze," with all due respect, a political discussion that "sticks with the facts" and never gets into analysis of how those facts will be reacted to, understood, and distorted is like a discussion about an engineering problem that is all opinion and contains no facts. It was up to the sheriff's department, the doctors, etc., to deal purely with the facts. The rest of us, if we're political kibitzers as I assume all FReepers are, have to think about what the facts will "mean," in this case unfairly.
His toes are pretty dexterious too. The toes on his front paws are like little baby fingers in fuzzy mittens. He'll grab one of his toys on the floor and try to stick it in his mouth like a little baby.
You might be right.
Cathy L. VandenHeuvel, M.D.
Tufts University School of Medicine
Before graduating from Tufts University School of Medicine, Cathy had already worked as the director of public affairs for the League School of Boston, which serves children with autism and related disorders.
She was to co-founder, director and president of the Mass Foundation for Children, served as the president and trustee of the Somerville Arts Council in Somerville, MA. During that time she also worked as a professional pianist, both as a teacher and a performer. In her local community she worked to make domestic violence awareness a focus of the Arlington League of Women Voters and co-authored a demographic and housing analysis that persuaded town leaders to abandon planned closings of elementary schools and has led to a school building renewal program.
Is this you or a quote from KoS?
Stop freaking out and eat a salad, or whatever you Californians do...
In the meantime the true stories go un-noticed (by all but Freepers) and un-reported.
Of course they are the enemy.
And of course they have "hysteric hissy fits."
How do either of these points detract from my political concerns about the possible impact if Mr. Whittington dies?
Those "hysteric hissy fits" are indeed stupid and crazy.
I fully agree with you there. But they also have driven Bush's poll numbers to dangerously low levels, and nearly handed the White House to John Effin' Kerry.
You're good, darn good!
Fabulous find! She's a RAT of the highest order.
I'll bet it is (delightful)! I had a very cool granny myself. She taught us how to play poker. Bought us those forbidden Chuck Berry records and took us to all the horror movies. Childhood is sweet, but even childhood has days when it really stinks to be without a grandparent.
I hope I am one soon.
