The "murdered immigrant" refers to Anastasia King, a "mail-order bride" from the former Soviet Union. In 2000, King was murdered by her husband in Washington State where the case created a sensation largely because the husband had violently assaulted a previous "mail-order bride."

The writers for "CSI" must have used this case as the inspiration for one of their shows.

Yes, Anastasia Sovoliev came from Kyrgistan. Idle King was into Central Asian Russian women. I saw the form letter he sent to everyone. He was not especially bright. But this 19 year old, who was bright, decided to marry him quickly to get out of Kyrgistan and its heavily Muslim male population.

He paid for her to go to the University of Washington. She learned English quickly and her high IQ really started to rub against Idle's low IQ. It is possible that she met a man like me at the University who spoke Russian and could match her IQ. It was clear to Idle and probably everyone else including her that she had taken advantage of an opportunity to be sponsored out of Muslim Kyrgistan...or at least was nigh on ready to change her mind about the marriage.

She certainly did not deserve to be murdered just because she was a superior woman who certainly must have put the local Seattle suburban feminists to shame. Idle would have been horrified that he couldn't measure up to his own wife, especially since he would have thought he'd traveled around the world several times to get her.

So the jerk killed her. I still don't know why his boarder helped. Does anyone know about that guy? Why would this other guy help?

The killing in California was similar except the Russian woman was not an intellectually superior woman like Anastasia King. She had married a postal worker who went postal when she kept visiting San Francisco at night and coming home sometimes in the morning.

For these men's actions, my rights have now been taken away.

Gee, if I had known that feminists in America were like Mommy...who could take my allowance away if my brothers were bad...I would have told my brothers not to kill their wives so Mommy wouldn't punish us.

That is what gets me the most. How the hell did I get into a situation where the actions of other American men had anything to do with my rights? What happened to my country?

Here is the account of Anastasia's life and murder:

Seattle Post Intelligencer

The story makes no convincing argument that American men needed to have a huge right taken away from them by Mommy.
