Heck, I still think that he beat Teddy's reporting time by a couple of hours. At least to the police who are the ones that actually matter in a case like this. Who cares if the press isn't notified, I mean aren't they the ones that are supposed to find the story. I didn't know that they needed all of their stories handed to them on a platter.

I've read at least 3 articles on this shooting and it states emphatically that the Veep was LEGALLY hunting.

Well, I better be checking with the Indiana DNR to see if I need some kind of stamp on my hunting license the next time I take someone on an Indiana snipe hunt.

Maybe Cheney should resign....right after Ted Kennedy. At least Mr Whittington is alive to talk about it.

This whole frigging story jumped the shark about 15 minutes after the first report.

The biggest crime was notifying a two-bit local newspaper first. That's what they hate most.

I didn't know that. I, like many others, dislike the Brothers Bush casual approach to eminent domain issues. But in politics one takes, as the old farmer said, "The lesser of the two weivels".
And with the Goron and Kerry, the choice was clear.

Didn't hear it myself but I don't doubt you at all. The liberals and media are totally insane.
This past year one of the nut cases got right in the face of our republican chairman and shouted insults at him and President Bush.
First one that does that to me will be walking around barefoot because I intend to take his shoes after I knock him out of them. If he ever wants them back, he will know where to come to get them.

I saw CBS (SeeBS) tonight and, of course, they played it huge.
Reminds me of the day when Clinton had done or said something particularly unpopular with the military and Sen. Helms made a joke to a military audience that the President better not show himself "down here." Approximately that.
CBS, and other absurd MSM, ~led~ the evening news with it, treating it like an assasination threat. Absolute jerks.
