Carter was and is a buffoon!

I liked Billy Carter....He relieved himslf on a building and was hounded...

Jimmy releives himself on the President of the United States and the First Lady at a funeral, in a house of worship....and he is not hounded.. Hmmmmmmm......

"If I had to choose, the word would be “ineffectual,” for that is how Carter governed when president, and that is how his words today must be viewed."

Ineffectual?

This guy was kidding. Right?

"Regarding President George H.W. Bush’s preparations during the Gulf War: We are not planning now a defensive deployment of U.S. forces. We are now planning an offensive operation.' Days later at a conference at New York's Hofstra University, Carter states that if Bush attacks Iraq, the U.S. would 'reap great and very serious deleterious consequences politically.'”

How utterly ignorant. I well remember the pictures of the charred bodies of the (8) warriors Carter offensively deployed to try to rescue the hostages in Iran without thinking the plan thru. To even have the termerity to attack a president who had actually been in harms way in an offensive war demonstrates Goober's ignorance of how a military should be managed and deployed. Thank God grown ups took charge.

The C & C (Goober and Mr. Hillary) democrats continue to demonstrate no class as they attack their successors and predecessors repeatedly.

Jimmy also likes child pornography.

"Carter shared two experiences that he said have been most memorable from througout all his travels and volunteer work.

He said he will never forget the image of a young woman holding her right breast, so swollen with the attempted exit of a guinea worm that it “looked like she was holding a baby in her arms.”

The second image Carter recalled was of a young Ethiopian girl’s eagerness to demonstrate that she, like her brother, could use the small latrine their father had made for them.

“She spread her skirt out very carefully and she squatted down to relieve herself.” Carter said.

Carter added jokingly, “We took some pictures of it.”

That is truly unfair to President William Henry Harrison. He had actually been a victor in warfare (War of 1812)although revisionist historians might quibble that he had won battles over the peaceful loving noble red men er, uh.... I mean nativehyphenamericans. I'm sure you didn't mean to be that harsh to Harrison--comparing him Goober???

I would put him 1 above the guy who caught pneumonia at his inauguration and died a short time later.

Harrison left the US in the same shape it was in when he was elected. The same cannot be said for Carter. Carter inflicted more damage on the country in his first thirty days in office than any president before or since.

I have him at #1 of the worst for a number of reasons.

One of them is that while other presidents have made striking mistakes, or allowed breathtaking mistakes to be made, none have combined virtually every type of possible mistake that positively damages America, both economically and politically, both at home and abroad, while weakening America's position in long time terms, as Carter did, while doing virtually nothing at all, of any importance at all.

and he is still doing it!

The Panama Canal giveaway alone would be disgraceful, but it was just one example in a very long list, and I have a very long memory.

I voted for that fool, and yes, I am bitter about that.

Do you think Bush and Condi need Castro and Carter's interferance? Watch out. Carter is on his way to Cuba to make a deal with Iran.

With any luck, when Carter goes to meet his maker the rotunda of the Capitol will be closed for repairs and they will lay him in State in a Porta John on the Corner of 14th and U sts.

It defies explanation how this humane but embittered man from Georgia can say just about anything and not be condemned by a press that certainly knows better.

It's nice and warm and fuzzy in The Liberal Bubble...

I sincerely hope Bush tells Carter to butt out and keep out. Not that it will make any difference. Carter believes he has higher calling.

Carter lives for moments like this. There is no dictator so vile and too dedicated to the annihilation of the United States and western civilization that Carter won't carry bags for.

He bought North Korea an additional decade to perfect its nuclear weapons program, and he will sure try his best to do the same for Iran.

Isn't Carter's son also running for Senator from Nevada? I wonder how much this media coverage of his father is going to help him?

That was the first vote that I ever cast.

My sympathy. I had the honor of casting my first ever vote for Ronald Reagan.
