Considering everything else he invented, I was becoming suspicious about his weather statement. But I guess he was all wet. Dems can't control anything lately, anyway, even themselves.

Too funny. This has been going on for yrs. Wasn't there an article released by our military saying we'd own the weather by 2025?

That's right, a single cannister of gas is going to cause the entire hemisphere to experience a warmer than normal winter.

HAARP is correct... does anybody remember "Weather War" back in the 70's???
i cant remember who wrote it, but once you read it, you never looked at a rainstorm the same again.

If you ever have a spell of insomnia and turn your radio on to the "Coast to Coast" all nite program with Art Bell and George Noury, don't be surprised to hear one of their guest "experts" describing how he is positive these efforts are what's behind "global warming".

It has more to do with disrupting your enemies communications. Using a plasma rocket in the ionosphere just above their positions to deny them GPS and satellite radio communications.Switch to inertial nav and back scatter propagation. Nothing is fool proof.

You would think a directed EMP blast of a couple of miles radius would be more effective. I guess it depends on the terrain.

War research is the driving force behind most major leaps in technology. War forces sizable investments in technology at the expense of socialism.
Global warming scientists focus on leftist non-solutions rather than developing new technologies to solve climate problems. It will be the war industry that will finally discover ways of actively managing the climate.

Your post reminds me of a little joke Tony Snow told the other day:
Q: How many feminists does it take to change a lightbulb?
A: THAT'S NOT FUNNY!!!!!

I thought it was the Rove-Cheney-Bush Halliburton Hurricane Spinning Machine. Ahh. You have only learned of part of The Machine's capabilities! Note the mention of the Earthquake Generator earlier in this thread. Now you begin to comprehend the profound power of the Karl Rove Automated Weather Controller (KRAWC). :-)

But it *had* to be Halliburton that built it for him, on a no-bid contract of course. No other company in the WORLD could build such a thing.
