If Free Republic is a microcosm of society, and I believe it is large enough now to be close; I have two questions
When does the shooting start, and which group of antagonists have the most independent spirit, allies, and guns? :)
Considering the antis are in bed with the gun grabbers, I hope the answer is us!!!!!

You speaketh of the dread (I refuse to say the words any more) LPF. The Taliban are indeed smart bastards, because they always go for the large 'urban' areas FIRST. Because that's where the votes are. Once those places are losing business-THEN they go for the statewide one-knowing full well they'll now get the support of the urban business owners. But I really don't need to tell you that.
The Virginia Senate defeated a ban bill today that would have given the counties the ability to inflict even harsher measures. But it still has one more hurdle to pass.
Further proof Bush is not our friend, either. Acyually, none of the RHINOS are. I actually wish they WOULD have brought back total prohibition in the beginning, myself, as it would've caused total chaos, crime, and destruction rivaling the roaring 20's. That's how they've gotten as far as they have-by slow increments. How much do you want to bet, though, he'll say, he wants to keep it perfectly legal, but you won't be able to smoke it anywhere?
That makes this statement more believable.
