King Funeral Turned Into Bush Bashing Event (VIDEO)
Expose the Left ^

Rev Joseph Lowery preached some anti-Bush, anti-War rhetoric today:
LOWERY: We know now there were no weapons of mass destruction over there. But Coretta knew and we knew that there were weapons of misdirection right down here. Millions without health insurance, poverty abound, for war billions more, but no more for the poor.
Only liberals can get away with using the funeral of the wife of a civil rights leader to preach your Bush hate and anti-War rhetoric, and only liberals would do so.

Bush didn't send troops to "free Iraqis", he sent them to find WMD's. It was called Operation Iraqi Freedom, not Operation Iraqi WMD.

Ignorant low-life BUMP. How dare they!?!? Their ignorance and shamefulness knows no depths. Can you imagine W and Laura having to sit through this despicable diatribe? Dear Lord .. please soothe their hurting hearts ... this is MORE FUEL FOR 2006!

President Bush should have stood up, taken Laura's hand, and quietly left the building. Naw, that would have been looked upon as an escape. He did the right thing sloughing it off. After all he was there as the representative of the American people. By showing he was a better man than those taking political shots during a tribute to a great family, he clearly comes out on top.

I did not think that after the Wellstone Memorial we would see such a thing again from the left; if anything, I thought their PR folks were not permit it.
There are few more despicable things than seeing men who profess to be Christians standing before the pulpit of a church of God, and politically attacking a fellow believer who has come to pay his respects to the dead. How has this opportunity to reach out to unbelievers on national TV furthered the cause of Christ today? What person who does not know Jesus will now come to Christianity as a result of the rants heard today by Jimmy Carter and the Reverends of the cloth who welcome those who support abortion and homosexuality but condemn those who dare vote Republican?
There will be a heightened accountability for those who teach, we are told this explicitly in the Bible. Woe to those who ruined this opportunity to reach out to those who do not know Christ. They will one day give account for this, and their standard of accountability will be higher. When the day came that those who claim to know Christ had the attention of the nation, it was hate and venom that flew towards the living, instead of just the respect and admiration for the dead that the occasion demanded.

I don't think that would have done any good. The only reason why they had President Bush and Laura there was to bash them. It's their "payback" because President Bush has refused to meet with the NAACP for the last 6 years. It wouldn't have looked good if the President got up and walked out. He shouldn't have been there in the first place, since it was all Democrats. He didn't have anything to do with Coretta or the King family,so why did he fall into their trap by being there and being humiliated?
No,he shouldn't have went.That's MHO.

I think Condi should be the one to speak out if anyone. And never mind what they say about her - she's made it clear she is not running for anything.

The Democratic party is becoming America's "Arab Street". On every public occasion, they can be relied upon to jump and shriek like the apes in "2001: A Space Odyssey". I guess all that's left is for some of them to set themselves on fire while trying to burn Bush in effigy.

There is no sanity left in that party, no one can hold back the reins. We just have to beat back the lies, and get our message out, ( A Dingy Harry Indictment wouldn't hurt) and November is ours.
