As far as the sleep went, I only slept in short snatches so am rather testy and snappish and having to watch myself because of it. I'm bound and determined tonight will be better!
If I eat ice cream at night it definitely helps to make me sleepy. I'm not sure if it's phsycological or not but I tend to think it's because of the cream and the sugar. When I was a little girl and couldn't sleep my Mom would heat up a mug full of warm milk with just a little sugar in it. She'd bring it to me and talk to me while I drank it and then tuck me in when I was done. I rarely had a problem sleeping when I was little but it was a nice ritual we shared on those rare nights I couldn't get to sleep.
