So join us, if you can, as those wacky Dems on the Senate Judiciary committee reprise their pitiful efforts to once again smear President Bush and score political points..

Based on gonzales refusal to answer Feinsteins question about 'domestic' spying, msm is reporting that it is necessary for all American's to read between the lines of gonzales' answers.

You think that Bush trusts the FISA judges?
I have a feeling that Bush trusts maybe a handful of people in all of Washington.

Well, we ought to play "get them".....I'm sick to death of hearing them attack our efforts to keep from being killed.

"that perhaps this may end up with WIDER powers for Bush"
Did I hear Durbin right when he told Gonzales that he should have known that as a bipartisan body, they would have allowed broad interpretation? Or was I dreaming?

I'm getting tired of the democrats not allowing Gonzalez to complete a sentence before they jump on him. They're like little pit yorkies, gnawing on his ankles.

I think that telling a denied target is in the statute. I'm looking now. But think about it, if that is in there, it is a stupid requirement.
Targets of physical searches (not DENIED targets, but actual ones) have to be apprised that their premises were tossed.

"I think this is the main reason we are listening to these hearings" These are the REAL hearings??? Are you sure??? All morning I thought I was watching a re-run of SNL. These idiots are proof that we have a bigger enemy here at home than we do in the ME.

Listening to Hannity right now. He's really sharp today, and doing an excellent monologue about Bush's role and powers as CinC and the vital role of the NSA. He's scoring some points against the Dim senators. It's like Sugar Ray Leonard firing quick combinations at his opponent and leaving him dazed.
