This is "bad reffing" beyond anything I'v ever seen. A GREAT team probably couldn't have overcome this travesty.

The fact that you lie to your son has no bearing on the results in the game. Sufficiently poor reffing can overcome all efforts. If each score is called back by the ref it doesn't matter how good a team is.
