Perhaps...perhaps when destruction of that level is visited upon the countries of western Europe, some will change. Will enough change...who knows? We'll probably get the opportunity to test that some time here in the not too distant future.

Sure, I'll put my hand up to that. Middle aged balding grumpy liberal now a middle aged balding grumpy conservative. 9/11 changed things for me.

Like me. I voted for both Clintons and Gore and started this sorry voting pattern with Jimmy Carter. 9/11 and the Democrats wimpy response to it changed all that. I plan to atone by voting conservative/republican for the next half of my life.
