Turned on the radio, happened to catch the last segment of the John Batchelor show. He was interviewing Jeb Babbin....who many of us know and respect, and read his columns. I was absolutely stunned by what Babbin just said...hadn't seen/heard it anywheres..and thought it merits reposting for your benefit....
Rockefeller called Syria. Sure he called the NYT. And he keeps his money off shore.

" On Rockefeller like a Fly on ....
I haven't forgotten Senator Rockefeller or his plan. And neither has the DOJ. He's going to get nailed and soon.
The "hold up" over the NSA leak investigation for which he is suspect number one, is widening to include his activities in 2002, specifically his act of treason against the US to which he admitted to, but the MSM of course wouldn't report.
Last month I was going to post from this very good article that more eloquently than I outlines the exact nature of Senator John Rockefeller's treason against the United States...."

Umm-hmmm. I think the best we could hope for is for Rocky the squirrel to resign from Intel Committee. I don't hold out much optimism for Republican determination on this one.
They nailed Sandy "socks" Burger too. rme
I concur. This administration has not shown any inclination to take U.S. citizens on,,,.
Go Along to Get Along seems to be the Administration's theory with the Dems when it comes to malfeasance.
Pogo said it best: We have met the enemy, and it is US
I agree. They are both trying to destroy freedom, America and Western civilization.
"Is there even the remotest chance he will be held accountable in the slightest way for any of this?"
Is there even the remotest chance that ANY DEMOCRAT WILL EVER BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANYTHING EVER?!
The entire Democratic party and the so called main stream media are all actively commiting treason on a daily basis as far as I'm concerned.
If a Senator instructed a member of his or her staff to leak classified information the Senator is the leaker!
Whoever did this has put this country at risk.
Me too!
I thought there was an investigation of Rockefeller going on regarding this matter, but since I haven't read anything about it in a while, maybe Republicans didn't push the issue.
Hatred toward Bush is much stronger than Patriotism. The bitter Hatred clouds making the right decision to protect us against future terrorism.
Constitutional crisis??? Hell, church bells will peal, children will parade, kazoos will be distributed the day this lying sack of sh*t is locked behind bars! Let the trumpets blow! Warm up the firing squad! Order more potassium cyanide! The Day of the Rat is upon us!
A clumsy attempt at misdirection, IMO. That, instead, drew more attention to him.
I would guess that the memorandum related to the search of Aldrich Ames' residence.
In a little-remembered debate from 1994, the Clinton administration argued that the president has "inherent authority" to order physical searches -- including break-ins at the homes of U.S. citizens -- for foreign intelligence purposes without any warrant or permission from any outside body. Even after the administration ultimately agreed with Congress's decision to place the authority to pre-approve such searches in the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court, President Clinton still maintained that he had sufficient authority to order such searches on his own."The Department of Justice believes, and the case law supports, that the president has inherent authority to conduct warrantless physical searches for foreign intelligence purposes," Deputy Attorney General Jamie Gorelick testified before the Senate Intelligence Committee on July 14, 1994, "and that the President may, as has been done, delegate this authority to the Attorney General."

The clock's not on the administration, it's on the Dems considering whether they can exploit a domestic spying lawbreaking accusation by the midterm elections. The Dem leadership knows who leaked it, and that the identity of the leak card will be played by the administration exactly when they need to accentuate their reason for not obtaining a warrant - leakers will compromise the program and thereby deprive us of valuable intelligence. Exposing Jay would be good if they did it now, but it would be better if they did it just as the Dems are at their most indignant over the administration's assertion that vital programs would be compromised by those who have decided to go to war against our war on terrorism.
His comments followed Rockefeller's .. but I can't remember exactly what
Hey OXENinFLA .... I can't seem to find the transcript of this Senate Intel Hearing ... do you know where I can find it???
