No one was allowed back into the building until university structural engineers could investigate and decide whether it was safe, Roseth said.
The floor buckles,the building shifts, tiles pop loose, doors are not working properly and the engineers aren't sure if it is unsafe?

A little girl who all her short life wants to see the sun is struck blind the day before...
