Anger grows over Muhammad cartoon

Protests have spread across the Muslim world over the publication in Europe of cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad. The drawings, first printed in Denmark, sparked a fresh row when they were re-run in several newspapers, leading to the sacking of a French editor.
The man named to replace the France Soir editor has now resigned.

Now we're talkin'! I don't know what's taking the world's cartoonists so long to start taking advantage of a very promising opportunity to draw all kinds of hilarious cartoons involving that demon. I can't imagine them passing up any other subject that had so much potential.

There is a lot of talk that "those who draw Mohammed should be executed". Personally, I feel that those who advocate death for cartoonists should be executed.....

Our papers certainly have no trouble with free speech when it's directed at someone other than one of their 'pet' groups!

I don't think the Tribune company wants bomb threats. When they pick on the GOP, there is no fear of an IED being set of in the exec parking lot.

Watching the CBS evening news. They just had a report on this cartoon controversy and they specifically mentioned that in the report they will not show the cartoon.
The media has no problem divulging US secrets but will not show Mohamed in a cartoon.
