The president went to Nashville, Tennessee, today, to give a speech on his 2006 agenda.
He signed a proclamation in honor of American Heart Month.
There are pick up photos from last night of Associate Justice Alito's ceremonial swearing in, and from the president's State of the Union speech.
Welcome to Sanity Island!!!!!

Thanks Gretchen, both are wonderful pictures.
We won't mention what their predecessors looked like when seen together!

Hey Mike.
Rejoicing with you at America's state of affairs.
One of W's most endearing qualities (to me) is his love for our military.

Yikes! You think they practiced these moves?
Put them with a little water and in bathing suits, and you've got synchronized swimming. ;)
THANKS for the Dose, Gretchen!

I need to keep the figure skating analogy.
Synchronized swimming makes me think of the President in trunks and I dare not go there! LOL!

Great stuff there, Deb! It made me laugh to hear the negative spin the leftists put on those numbers today.
They are becoming a parody of themselves. What a JOKE!
(How did you get the 'unique views' number?

Thanks for the poll results. I don't know about everyone else, but I had a blast. And I thank the hostesses and the RNC for this party. Let's do it again next year.

In a recent CBS News/New York Times poll of all Americans, conducted January 20-25, 2006, the breakdown was much more even between the parties: 34 percent Democrat and 29 percent Republican."
Okaaaayyyy! I guess that is what "some people" would call "more even."
Do they even read their own words before they publish them?
