Jacksonville's disgrace, Senator Jim King

In the court (and courts) of life and death, a little 11-year-old Massachusetts girl named Haleigh Poutre could be the next Terri Schiavo. For those who have not heard the tragic story, Haleigh was beaten nearly to death last September, allegedly by her adoptive mother and stepfather. The beating left her unconscious and barely clinging to life.
Within a week or so of the beating, her doctors had written her off. They apparently told Haleigh's court-appointed guardian, Harry Spence, that she was "virtually brain dead." Even though he had never visited her, Spence quickly went to court seeking permission to remove her respirator and feeding tube. The court agreed, a decision affirmed recently by the supreme court of Massachusetts.
And so, no doubt with the best of intentions, a little girl who had already suffered so much was stripped by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts of even the chance to fight to stay alive. If she didn't stop breathing when the respirator was removed, which doctors expected, she would slowly dehydrate to death.

Having been when and where Terri was murdered, newbie pests can try but they will never reach that level of barbarism or evil that Terri was put through.
There are annoying pests and then there's pure evil. Annoying pests can't possibly compete with the likes of Judge Greer, Judge Whittemore, the 2nd DCA, The SCOTUS, the Eleventh Circuit, Fla AG Crist, Senator Jim King and his band of reprobate GOP Fla legislators who voted for Terri's death, Sheriff Everett Rice, State Attorney McCabe, Judge David Demers, the ACLU, the death lawyers, the moles and the rest, all law enforcement from local, FBI, FDLE, Homeland Security, US Coast Guard, DCF, Hospice, all the death partnerships who push living wills (bad idea), Bishop Lynch, et al (Jeb hiding under his desk) until Terri was dead.
Yes, all those folks were all somehow involved in Terri's murder.
It looks like Massachusetts' DSS is not doing any press releases re: Haleigh. This is troublesome to me. Maybe after the president's day holiday is over, there will be an update.

I left out Judge Mark Shames, Judge W. Douglas Baird who are as guilty as Greer but didn't sign the death order. That was Greer, the award winner, collecting more awards than Brokeback Mountain.
Florida Senator Jim King is so fat that he couldn't get through the whale entrance at Sea World. (He scared a Terri supporter in his office, "let's say I was dehydrating you. I'd take a swab and swab the inside of your mouth like so." He made a motion towards my friend's mouth. My friend was so upset and frightened afterwards that she barfed in the capital restroom. There were two witnesses to Jim King's demonstration of how to dehydrate a Floridian. He deserves a fat joke).

Father Pavone also wrote how horrible Terri's last days and hours were. So sad.
The infant, Elijah Llanos, was pronounced dead at 1:15 p.m. Sunday at a Loxahatchee hospital, but was being kept on life support so his organs could be harvested, sheriff's spokeswoman Teri Barbera said.
In light of recent trends in bioethicking, I wonder if Elijah really is dead, or if they're lying to his 18 year old mother to get his organs.

Judge Greer is a Republican. He should be impeached but he's got more power than Gov. Bush, the US Congress or the President of the United States. Why? I wish the hell I knew.
