There are 1375 Parties nationwide, and WE are the biggest and the best! Tonight, President Bush, in his STATE of the UNION speech, will discuss America's leadership in the world and share his vision to lead America forward. To seize opportunities here at home, the President will outline the policies needed for the American people to continue to compete in the global economy.
Earlier today, the President sat with Supreme Court nominee, Samuel Alito in the Roosevelt Room at the White House, and watched the Senate confirmation vote as they approved his nomination 58-42, fulfilling one of President Bush's most significant campaign pledges by placing on the Supreme Court another justice who will interpret the Constitution as the Founders intended, and not legislate from the bench. THANK you, President Bush! (Justice Alito was sworn in at 12:07 this afternoon as the 110th Supreme Court Justice)
President Bush also released a statement regarding the death of widow of Civil Rights Leader Martin Luther King, Jr, Coretta Scott King and met with TV reporters in the White House to give them a glimpse of his State of the Union, emphasizing his optimism for the future of America. He also continued to work on this speech for tonight.
The economy is strong, we are winning our War on Terror and it is a GOOD DAY in America, and a GREAT time to be a Bush-bot!
Enjoy your trip to Sanity Island on the Daily Dose............ let's PARTY!!!!!!!!!
Sad ..the dims are sad.
On to the economy. GOOD STUFF coming!
LMAO!
There is no greater problem than the Middle East - especially Iran. I think all Christians need to be spending a LOT of time on our knees for God to give wisdom to our President and our Secretary of State and to the world.
I made it! Thanks for the invite! GWB is my personal hero and he's great for our country!
I like this speech as it is standing up for those things we believe in and is not taking any guff from the democrats. It is inspiring.
I saw a shot of the women senators from the Rat side (Landrieu et al) and they looked like they were in detention. HAHA!
she shook her head slightly - it made me think she was feeling like he'd just trumped her ace! (was that "take that!" look from the President directed at her? I hope so!)
Her face was a picture
I'm going to have to watch the repeat later tonight. I can't type, read and watch every move.
We will strengthen our economic leadersip in the world...we are growing faster than other nations....creating more jobs than Japan and the EU combined....in past 4 years.....even in the face of higher energy prices...American people have turned in an economic perf envy of the world....we're seeing new comptetiors...like India and China....old temptations...protectionist.....walling off economy...larger goal of directing economy....taxes....claims of immigrants bad for economy ...even though this economy could not function without them
Oh I PRAY that she's the dem nominee in '08!
Hiliary's expression was unbelieveable
When the Clay family stood to a lengthy standing ovation, I couldn't help but think of Cindy and how she completely missed the boat. She could have been so honored if she had even half a brain. But she's sitting in a holding room in handcuffs.
APPLES! Saved you a seat :)
Our nation is in danger - not just because of the terrorists abroad and the dangerous madmen in Iran and Hamaas - but most assuredly because of the behavior and words of the Democrats who are deadly traitors to our nation!!!!
I posted some apples earlier on hope you are enjoying them!!
Americans should not fear our economic future....keeping our economy growing....when we have more of our own money to save and invest......and we have used it to have 4 years of economic growth.....yet the tax relief is set to expire....Amer could face a tax increase....need more than a temp tax relief...MAKE THE TAX CUTS PERMANENT....idiot Dems don't like THAT
At least they haven't boo-ed like they did last year.
BUMP!
