As the Democratic Party continues its slide into disrepute, there doesn't seem to be any bottom in sight. Here is the latest smear from the Dems: candidate Coleen Rowley has published a despicable slander of my own Congressman and friend, John Kline, depicting him as a Nazi. Click to enlarge:
In a sane world, the pathetic Ms. Rowley would be forced to resign from the race in humiliation. That won't happen, however, as this kind of ridiculous smear is exactly what the Democratic Party is looking for in its candidates. The more outrageous, the better.
Here is Congressman Kline's response to Rowley's smear:
Dear Mrs. Rowley, It has come to my attention that you have placed on your campaign website a doctored photo of me in which my military uniform has been replaced by a Nazi uniform. I demand that you immediately remove from your website that outrageous and disgusting insult to me, my family, and every man and woman who has ever worn a military uniform in defense of our country. No one knows better than I the rough-and-tumble of a political campaign, but we owe it to the voters not to cross the line of civility, respect and common decency. With regard to each of these, you have clearly crossed the line by portraying me as a Nazi.
I demand a personal apology from you, as well as an apology to every veteran.
Your attempts to smear my good name and 25 years of honorable service in the United States Marine Corps by equating me to a Nazi shows a lack of perspective, a lack of seriousness, and a lack of good judgment. You should be ashamed of yourself.
Sincerely,
John Kline
Member of Congress - Minnesota's 2nd District.
Don't hold your breath. Far from being ashamed, my guess is that Rowley's Nazi slur will increase her fundraising from the Democratic faithful.
And she can't even spell HER OWN NAME!
It is worse... It is a Green Social democrat... the Worst type of Rat there is.
I can't find it on her web site. She already take it down?
Oh, a Green Social Democrat. She'll bring in around 100 votes.
We really need to stand up against this kind of crap, because there is real nazi like evil afoot in the world right now.
A bit of der pot calling der kettle schwarze.(okay you got me, that's not really German.)
She already took it down...and many commenters ripped her a new one:

(the site is run by a blogger, but it states " I support this excellent blog written by one of our best volunteers!
-- Coleen Rowley"
Hey Rowley... in case you didn't know...
Their lack of manners and utter disregard for other people makes you want to take them out behind the barn and beat the crap out of them.
But you grit your teeth, ignore them...and go about your business.
That's "The New Tone"...
Sounds like she is in the mold of Cindy Sheehan, just a single-issue dimwit who will never amount to anything. But this Nazi slur of hers...she's just a pig...and you know what happens to pigs.
sr
Exactly!
That "Agent for Change" tagline tells me all that I need to know about that Neo-Marxist cupid stunt.
I think this may be the same Collen Rowley/FBI agent that tried to "connect the dots" prior to 9/11.
Here's how she plays it: Press conference, she's the victim, tears, democrats forgive all and pledge support.
I wonder if she will go after the President of Iran for his nasty comments about the Jewish people. Funny I dont see the dems calling the President of Iran anything.
I love the smell of DemonRAT rump being toasted...think TIME will feature what Google Cache and Powerblog and Free Republic have immortalized?
In the words of another "Fake But Accurate" Nazi...
"Diiiiisss-miiiisssed!"
Yes, she is the same Colleen Rowley.
It shows how bereft of ideas these clowns are when they work themselves into a frenzy over putting a former president on a monetary unit. Heck, I've suggested putting Jimmy Carter on a wooden nickel, and if John Kerry had been elected, he'd be a natural for the three dollar bill.
Next we'll here that, "I know nothing! I know nooooothing!"
