HK is getting plenty of weapon contracts lately... Speaking of which, do you have any info on the XM-8 prototype? I'm hearing conflicting things about it.

Nothing conflicting about the weapon. I don't particularly favor it. I think it's ugly, and I don't really care much about aesthetics in firearms! I don't fix what ain't broke. The current platform is good. SpecOps should use whatever the heck they want IMO. As for the 6.5mm craze, I'm not into it yet.

The XM-8 is dead. So is the 6.8mm SPC.
