Just change the bullet to a hollow point and the 9mm would do the trick.

As I understand it, the Geneva Convention prohibits the use of hollow points.

Non-state terrorist enemies of the US are not parties to the Geneva Conventions...so screw it.. (wink)

I dont understand why the US even puts up with the Geneva BS. Every other country wipes their butt with it. We shoud start using hollow and soft points as well as incindiary weapons, and other weapons prohibited by it.
