It's been widely reported that Howard Dean is a loser.

The implications of a nuclear-armed Iran sends shivers down the spine of ANY thinking human being.

Worse then Hitler with a Nuke. Think rabid religious fundamentalist suicide cult Hitler Clone with a nuke who "KNOWS" his god will "reward" him in the afterlife for killing you. A person who regularly indulgence in Apocalyptic rants about the Final Jihad and the Hidden Imam. Hard to believe but there ARE nations in the world even less suit to have nukes then North Korean

I second that I feel he is just not cut out for the cut and thrust of partisan politics at the highest level but basically is a good man.

Taking a line from Genesis, the first book of the Bible, Dean explained the first question ever asked by anyone was, "Am I my brother's keeper?"

Funny, I always thought that the Dems had more in common with the one who really asked the first question in the Bible.

Genesis 3:1 Now the serpent was more crafty than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said to the woman, "Indeed, has God said, 'You shall not eat from any tree of the garden'?"

I hope WSJ or Fox will have a transcript. That 11pm hour is just not too convenient.

The mother who encouraged three of her sons to die attacking Israel was elected Hamas member of the Palestinian Legislative Council.

Oh no question. But the premise of the left, even someone who laments that the Democratic party has lost its brains, is that we can't figure it out for ourselves.

I saw the Journal Report on Fox which was good. They showed RNC's Patriot Act ad which showed Harry Reid's "we killed Patriot Act" & it was very good.

That is just an all-around fabulous program, (Wall Street Journal) and well worth watching. I watched it last night on the repeat, and I was very impressed. The panelists actually know what they are talking about!

I think it replaced Geraldo's Show. HA! I might tune in to Fox every Saturday Night just for the WSJ Report.

All true! Palestinian Peaceniks is either an oxymoron or a definition of Palestinians who have left the territory to have a better life elsewhere. There is no sanity inside those "refugee" "camps."

"I'd have to agree. Why do they want us to LOSE this war?"

I find it hard to believe that anyone could be so anti-American, but w the socialistic influence that seems to have infiltrated the Dem party over the years and the absolute hatred of Bush by many of them, it would appear that they will do and say anything to get power back. National Security and the War are the big issues on which most Americans were/are supporting the President and which many think helped win the last election. While it's quite unfortunate, it seems that the Dims would rather lose the war so they can take that issue away from the Pres and Pubbies. Many are also still stuck in the 60's and Viet Nam and need to fast forward 40 years to this century to see how a war can be waged. They also did not learn the lessons of VN (if Congress and the American people don't support the war, the troops lose morale and the enemy feels empowered. As has been said, wars aren't lost on the battlefield, they're lost at home (especially when you have the Dims and the MSM spinning the news and only sharing the bad news and not all of the accomplishments).

What they don't seem to understand is that while the war and Nat'l Security are big issues, many Americans are not going to get excited and vote for a party that only spews hatred, has no ideas (only phantom plans that never seem to be discussed), and sometimes borders on sedition. The Pubbies don't have all the answers and, IMHO could do much better on many issues, but, at least they have some solutions and are optimistic about the future of our country - not negative, nay-saying ninnies.

I'm visualizing the questioning: "Mr. Bush, don't you think you're just about the worst president ever?"

MR. RUSSERT: Is it appropriate to call the President of the United States "the greatest terrorist in the world"?

SEN. OBAMA: I don't think it's appropriate. ...

(Videotape, Monday)
SEN. HILLARY CLINTON, (D-NY): We have cronyism, we have incompetence. I predict to you that this administration will go down in history as one of the worst that has ever governed our country.
(End videotape)

MR. RUSSERT: Do you agree with Senator Clinton that the Bush administration will go down in history as one of the worst?

SEN. OBAMA: I agree that, with her remarks about cronyism and incompetence. I don't think that anybody who's been watching the news over the last year who's seen what happened in New Orleans, who's seen some of the botched planning that took place post-war in Iraq would not think that there is a competence issue when it comes to this administration. And I think that with respect to cronyism, we have seen, I think, consistently, a tendency on the part of this administration to appoint people on the basis of their politics as opposed to their abilities and their merits, and that has real consequences for the American people. We saw that it had consequences with respect to Katrina. But it also has competence up and down the line in terms of how well we're regulating our environment. How well are we, you know, prosecuting all sorts of issues that have deep concern to the American people?

MR. RUSSERT: Will George Bush be considered one of the worst presidents in history?

Democrats talking tough on Iran is a red herring. Remember the votes on Iraq. It came down to Democrats claiming they voted to give the president the power to invade but never expected him to actually do it.

Symbolism over substance. Rush was right again.

From this link: At least Hamas is open about its evil intentions , by Mark Steyn.

The Palestinians are the most comprehensively wrecked people on the face of the earth: After 60 years as U.N. "refugees," they're now so depraved they're electing candidates on the basis of child sacrifice.

No, it wasn't Ratner. It was an NBC correspondant, I think. And she was taking the Dem party line: Americans are too stupid to know what's good for them.

It was Kelly O'Donnell (sp).

Most of the time people that scream about privacy have something to hide.

On the other hand they want other things that should remain private both for security and economic reasons to be laid bare.

A case of have your cake and eat it.

Hi Morgan!

You're exactly right. They also seem to ignore Clinton's Echelon and Carnivore projects.
