Warning: Winning a superbowl maybe hazordous to your Gov. Pittsburgh Tribune-Review One look at what the elected officials have wagered on their state's Super Bowl representative provides the answer.

If the Steelers triumph over the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl XL a week from today, Gregoire will send Rendell a bushel of Washington apples, some Seattle clam chowder and an apple and apricot candy known as applets and cotlets in the Pacific Northwest.

Should the Seahawks win, Rendell will provide Gregoire what can only be described as an artery-clogging array of victuals.

We can only imagine the horror on

We can only imagine the horror on her face if she has to open the box of hot dogs from Oakland's Original Hot Dog Shop, Primanti Brothers sandwiches -- stuffed with mandatory french fries and coleslaw, of course -- and some famous Eat 'n Park Smiley cookies.

Go 'Hawks.

A much more charitable gift for Gregoire would be a face lift.

Of course, she would not be in a position to be posing as governor in the first place, if not for fraudulent elections.

I hope the Hawks can make a game of it, though.

If the Steelers win, Gregoire will just demand that the refs keep recounting the score until the result changes and her side wins.

If the Steelers win, it can only help Lynn Swann. Rendell is a Eagles lover.

I hope the Steelers crush the Seahawks and wipes the smirk off of guv-pretend fraudoire's ugly face!

Still can't believe the Seahawks are actually in the Super Bowl. For years they've been the league's perennial doormat.

The 15222 in the picture - is that a zip code or the number of calories in that sandwich?
