The question is, how much mainstream press will this get?

Likely, plenty. After all, they were good church going people and see what religion will do to you? We really need to regulate it now.

OTOH, since they don't appear to have been homeschoolers, maybe not...

No...no....they weren't from a Protestant demonination. If they had been evangelical's, or charasmatic's, THEN they would make the national press and we would hear how bad religion is for people.

As long as they were good Catholic's, we probably won't hear too much about it.

Just a guess.

If it was depression, she really needs our sympathy. It wasn't really her fault, especially if she was on medication for the depression. I wonder where she worked; it could have been a nefarious group that actually killed her children instead of her. Besides, how can we believe the media. They could just be making all this up about her being the killer.

< /crazy talk >

Sorry, I was just trying out a new thing I've seen recently on FR; taking any position, even crazy theories, to explain away a heinous crime because of mental or other illness. I saw it on a couple of threads about the guy who just murdered his two daughters and thought I would try it out. It's not a good fit for me though.

There is just no earthly way to justify or excuse this kind of heathen action. I say, eliminate the woman immediately, I don't care what method, and ignore the screams of anguish from the idiots on the Left and overseas.

Something possessed her other than the Holy Spirit.

Our family has been reading the Bible very slowly for a year now looking at the History of Mankind.

We just finished the book of Samual and are now in Kings. Like I said we are going very slowly and repeating chapters so as to wholly understand what is written.

Nothing has changed over the last few thousand years.

Can't wait to get the the New Testament for more insight.

I am starting to understand why Nothing but the Blood of Jesus is so important.

This woman played God in taking her kids lives but so do many women knowingly or unknowingly by abortion.

Is one sin judged more or less by our Almighty Father.

As she is here now on earth she will have to be judged by Man and face a sentence handed down.

Sad for all she has inflicted pain and suffering upon.

Real heartache to see young innocent babes die at the hands of a wretched woman.

The children's faces were not covered when police found their bodies,

Doesn't covering the faces mean you feel remorse? Does this mean the killer didn't feel remorse? I pray for their souls.

May the souls of the 3 children find comfort, now safely nestled in the hand of our Lord.

"The children's faces were not covered when police found their bodies,"

That was a strange sentence, but I think the point is that is was not obvious that the children were smothered.
