In your heart you know it's true.

When you and I first came here to FR years ago, we were fighting Democrats; we didn't like them, but they were HONEST in their beliefs, whether we thought they were stupid of not.

When you and I came to FR, we didn't trash the Democrats because of their agenda, we trashed them because they were CROOKS and they were abusing the institutions of this government.

And think of how DUMB we were in December of 2000, all hanging around here saying "Boy, I can't wait for them all to be gone, I don't want to ever seen another Clinton butt kisser?"

How could we have been that stupid? What we have here today, five years almost to the day, is far worse than anything I could have imagined Clinton doing. And I do mean Bill.

These people are the people you and I scoffed at back in the 60's -- they tried to destroy this country then -- and now that they have managed to engrain themselves in the fabric of this country, in my heart of hearts I believe they are back to finish this country off.

I am not a conspiratorialist or a tin-foil hatter, and it takes a lot to get me riled up, but I'll tell you this:

I'd take a Bill Clinton any day of the week compared to these people on the left now; they scare the very living hell out of me, for myself and for my children and grandchildren.

I love the game of politics; this is NOT a game anymore. It's a fight to the death, IMO. And it's for this country.

I love your rant...it is spot on.

But, do you think it is them that have changed...or is the circumstances???

Like, Karl Rove said....the dems are still living in a pre-9/11 world and want to keep it that way...

while the GOP are living in the post 9/11 world and are terrified of what could happen.

I just think we have a party whose slogan should be "Ignorance is bliss"....

I agree with you but continue to wonder, if it's not traditional Democrat-Republican politics, then what is it? The progressives? The Soros types who are threatened by emerging capitalist democracies? The French type who envision themselves as the counterweight to the world's lone superpower?

You're right and, yes, they are ingrained in our educational institutions where they can brainwash the future generations with their sickeness.

I think it hit home like never before for Rush today, too, when that Jill called in. Normally he can have some fun with the bats, but this one even scared him, you could tell.

Right you are. And beware this -- what if they gain power again? will they be so sure to give it up in a 'fair' election? Think about it.

In the San Francisco Bay Area, "these people" are what comprise the Democrat majority -- along with their droids -- everywhere at work, journalists, at schools, at the office, at work, at grocery stores, on your kids' soccer teams, in your neighborhoods. I know what living in Hellmouth is. There is no low too low for these people.

You know as well as I do that if Bill Clinton were in some place like Davos, Switzerland, he'd be launching into kookery too.

I agree, I love the game of politics as much as you do, and believe it's NOT much of a game anymore. I will say this much; I will NEVER put my faith behind any Democrat who seeks to destroy this nation, destroy this President, destroy this administration, and lie to the American people about how they will protect the Constitution, when it's been the Democrats who have been ramming their agenda down the American peoples throats by judicial fiat, even after the people have spoken with their votes.

No. I don't trust Bill Clinton. He's just as slimy as the next Democrat. I didn't trust him as President, and I sure as hell don't trust him now.
