What's with the idiot parents these days that don't have a clue what's going on in their kids bedrooms?
Who decided this was a sanctuary?
Same w Columbine kids here in Colorado...
If wishes were horses, beggars would ride.
Fact is, them thar folks in that high school would NOT be armed.
It was you who wished up those fifty or sixty people. I only suggested that they might be armed.
"Fact is, them thar folks in that high school would NOT be armed."
Neither armed nor protected, but that is not my fault.
You need to read what I was commenting on before replying.
Well, ya know...maybe ole Chitwood, Jr. did go to OK and Chitwood, Sr. is back in Upper Darby. Who knows? And yes, might as well blame Matthias ;)
Whatever happened to The Offspring anyway? They had some fun and interesting music!
Sure...but explain why he had someone else's gun. What was he doing with a surveillance system? Except for the pot bust, the cops basically have him on thought crimes. Granted, no crime here if he has the paperwork and bought the guns legally. That is the question. I don't know what the legal age for gun ownership is in that state either. Let's just say the incident is highly suspicious.
Okay, so a leader in the Hells Angels has a clean enough record to buy and register a gun? Hmmm. That sounds a bit odd.
Interestingly, there's no Pennsylvania registration of firearms, including handguns, now...so it's not clear about the .357.
The legal age of possession of a handgun is 18. A license is required for handgun carry (with some exceptions).
"Interestingly, there's no Pennsylvania registration of firearms, including handguns, now...so it's not clear about the .357."
I had no idea. That's shocking, especially when we all know how libnut PA is. You'd think they'd be obsessed with licensing etc since they tend to be so damned pro-gun control.
Thanks for the ping!
Funny because it's true.
Note that the Pennsylvania Constitution, Article 1, Section 21, reads (as it has since 1790):
The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned. [boldface added]Also, I beiieve that in 18 PA CONS. STAT. sec. 6120, the state legislature has preempted the field of firearm regulation. No county, municipality, or township may in any manner regulate the lawful ownership, possession or transportation of firearms, ammunition or ammunition components when carried or transported for purposes not prohibited by the laws of the Commonwealth.
But I am not a lawyer.
They're still around...they just had a Greatest Hits album come out about six months ago and they played the Warp Tour last summer.
Did they make him good?
Their criminalization, far from making him good, gave him the opportunity to earn enough for guns, body armor, and a surveillance system (just as Prohibition enhanced the earning potential of criminals).
