Coulter has long ago gone over the edge. Joking about something like this in public is shows she's loosing it big time ala Al Gore.

I don't think this was a great comment by Ann. First of all it's down to leftwinger levels (think Julianne Malveaux), and secondly, it's not funny.
Ann...i love you but this has to be the all timer championship bonehead attempt at humor that I have heard froma conservative in a long, long time.
The only reason why I think Ann Coulter was mistaken to make a joke like this is that liberals talk about killing conservative politicians on a regular basis, and it's just possible it might encourage some nut job to do it.
It makes it harder to complain about this nasty liberal habit if a conservative does it too, even as a joke. From now on, liberals will defend their malice by saying, "Well, if Anne Coulter can do it, why can't I?"
