Leave it to Michelle, the good resident of Loudon County, Virginia to cut through the outrage of Stein's moroninc article and respond with a "What we can do" article.

Gotta love her.

I'm not really sure why you didn't post the 25. I don't think that Michelle Malkin is on "the list" (of things not to post from). Sheesh, I swear some FREEPERs are way too lazy with their posting.
1. Join Shauna Fleming's campaign to send thank-you cards and valentines to our troops.

2. Support Operation Homelink to help provide computers to either parents or spouses of deployed service men and women in the ranks of E-1 through E-5, enabling email communications between families and their loved ones deployed outside of the continental United States.

3. E-mail a message of support to our troops now.

4. Give to Project Valour-IT, which provides voice-controlled software and laptop computers to wounded Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines recovering from hand and arm injuries or amputations at major military medical centers.

5. Crochet hats and blankets for the troops.

6.Donate to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation, which provides college scholarship grants, along with financial aid and educational counseling, to the children of Special Operations personnel who were killed in an operational mission or training accident.

7. Support the Army Emergency Relief Fund.

8. Support the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society.

9. Support the Air Force Aid Society.

10. Give to the Freedom Alliance scholarship fund.

11. Help build Homes for Our Troops.

12. Support American Snipers.

13. Donate to Fisher House.

14. Buy grocery certificates for military families.

15. Donate frequent flyer miles to our troops.

16. Join the Marine Care Package Project.

17. Support the Wounded Warrior Project.

18. Sponsor a Soldier Ride.

19. Help Operation Uplink send calling cards to the troops.

20. Support Operation Baby Love, which helps military moms with newborns.

21. Adopt a platoon.

22. Donate books for soldiers.

23. Join Operation Air Conditioner.

24. Support the Angels of Mercy.

25. Immunize your children from Joel Stein disease by teaching them to give thanks and say prayers every night for our men and women in uniform who have freely and bravely volunteered to defend America wherever and whenever duty calls.

Don't assume it is laziness ("Assume" means making an.. . well, you know the rest). Anywho, I chose not to copy and paste all of it.

If someone unfamiliar with the site is given the link and goes to there, it would hopefully lead that person to exploring the site, the links, yada, yada, yada as opposed to only reading the info.

Capisce?

Un-freakin' believable.

Michelle at least gives us a link to Joel Stein's webpage, which has an e-mail link.

Oh, and did you catch Michelle's link to the Eurotrash "50 worst people" list online? She's No. 49 on their list, just ahead of Geraldo. Judge Alito and Barbara Bush are way ahead of her. Tops on the list: Pat Robertson, with the VP right behind him.

Good to read, if only to listen to the leathery crunching noises of liberals eating their own guts.

Umm, hmm. Right.

Well, I have been around FR for a long time. Mr. Been-a-member-for-3-months. I have learn a thing or 2 about a thing or 2. Some of which being: 1) Posts should include full text article (or better portions of the full article), unless specifically prohibited by the LAT/WAP settlement terms or other sites identified as potential copyright liabilities

2) Every FREEPER and FR Lurker should know who Michelle Malkin is, what she's about, visit her blog frequently, and (if they feel compelled, as I do) worship the very ground she walks on.

3) Make a post that doesn't have the text of the article and then make lame excuses for the post.

4) Posters should be aware that the source of the article and a URL to the referring site are prominently displayed right below the article title.

NOTE: I'm not sure #3 is official, but 1, 2, and 4 are FREEPER facts.

So,given those general parameters which have been established for many years, let me restate things to make it more clear: you were being lazy.

And, you know, that's ok. But, admit it; don't make some lame excuse. Next time, post the article with full text (if permissible given the strictures of the LAT/WAP settlement).

Then, we (your fellow FREEPERs) can read the whole article in context (and, in Mrs. Malkin's case, in all its fabulous glory, especially #25) and make comments about the article. After all, that's what the forum is supposed to be about.
