Founded in 1914, Greyhound Lines, Inc. is the largest provider of intercity bus transportation, serving more than 3,100 destinations with 16,000 daily departures across North America. It has become an American icon, providing safe, enjoyable and affordable travel to 22 million passengers each year. The Greyhound running dog is one of the most-recognized brands in the world . . .
Greyhound has four subsidiaries in the United States, which are a part of the nationwide Greyhound network. They include: Carolina Trailways, serving the Southeast; Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma Coaches ("TNM&O"), serving the Southwest; Valley Transit Company, serving the Texas-Mexico border, and Vermont Transit, serving New England.
In addition, Greyhound has interline partnerships with a number of independent bus lines across the United States. These bus companies provide complementary service to Greyhound Lines' existing schedules and link to many of the smaller towns in Greyhound Lines' national route system . . .
For those within Mexico who wish to travel by Greyhound in the United States, Greyhound subsidiary Greyhound de Mexico can sell Greyhound tickets at one of more than 100 agencies located throughout Mexico. The agencies also sell tickets for several Mexican bus companies, like Estrella Blanca, which connect to Greyhound service at the United States-Mexico border cities.

Exactly - so the bus line would "KNOW" these are illegal aliens at least as much as Wells Fargo - I fail to see the difference really.
I was reacting more to your framing this as a "white" vs. "non-white" issue. Many illegal Mexican aliens are a lot whiter-skinned than I am. The issues are linguistic, cultural and legal, but certainly not racial.
Thanks for your input - I was reviewing Leviticus last night and your post of verses 19:33-34 are worth repeating:
"When an alien lives with you in your land, do not mistreat him. The alien living with you must be treated as one of your native-born. Love him as yourself, for you were aliens in Egypt. I am the LORD your God."
Would you agree that U.S. border control is the responsibility of the federal government. Not Wells Fargo bank?
I would, but I think you may be replying to the wrong person-- I haven't mentioned that issue yet.
I wanted to get your opinion as well - thanks.
With games like this, it's a wonder he's still *around* to play these games. Crap like that gets you killed out here. *sigh*
My sarcasm filter was broken....
I like your style there Barkeep. I'm all for it. I see the *same* damn thing all the time in San Diego County. Do you have the same problem with busloads of them driving the wrong way on freeways at 2am with all the lights off - of course killing people in accidents? It's rather sad to see this, and watch the aftermath of said accidents with all the migrants scrambling off the freeways to hide before the cops get there. I see this all the time, especially on the 8 East freeway. A dozens of people are killed every year like this. :(
He's just creating mischief. Methinks he likes the attention.
*gotcha*! I think mine is pinged in the puice. :P
Patience, friend. First you have to give them enough rope. They will usually jump without being pushed.
Either they are not carrying through or I was not at one of their "certain locations" because in October of 2003 I rode and never showed ID.
They did ask me for my name but did not ask for any proof.
You don't need proof of citizenship to go to/from the US and Mexico? I thought you did with Canada- anyone know?
You now have to show ID at Greyhound and Amtrak counters when buying a ticket. The problem is between the ticket counter and the bus or train. The drivers/conductors don't check IDs, or they do it rarely. AFAIK you can still buy train tickets in some places on the train and I don't know if they check IDs at that point cause I never buy tickets on board.
