Supposedly Nelson is voting FOR Alito--I've got to take my daughter to tae kwon do class, so I can't check to see if this is true--but the DUers are sure up at arms over him, calling for mass mailings and calls to his office to have him change his vote!

Depends on who's counting the votes and who's conducting the polls.
There is not going to be a filibuster, nor is there going to be any new "damaging gossip" about Alito, as somebody claimed to know this week on this very forum.
