Look, unlike many of the folks on here I am still unsure about what I think about illegal immigration. But I can say this: anyone who thinks that handing out stuff like this does not encourage those who are trying to cross the border have had far too many hits of some pretty impressive drugs.

The maps can be useful for us too. The INS Border Patrol can also use their maps to stake out recommended paths thereby making their job easier to round up the illegals and ship 'em back.
