We could reverse-close our borders. Keep all Americans from entering Mexico. No cars, no Americans crossing the border to spend money. Every city and village within a hundred miles would dry up and blow away. It would destroy their economy.

What, and tick off an oil-contributor, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the service-slaves? Won't happen, I'm convinced.

Or the C-130 gunships. One would do it. <<< I like it! Wouldn't even have to kill the Mexican army guys - just light up the weeds around them with a bit of AC-130 Gatling fire and it would be all over except for the diplomatic protests.

This is SO easy. Fox has repeatedly denied that Mexican "troops" are doing anything illegal. He keeps trying to say that his troops wouldn't do anything like this. Just shoot the ones on this side of the border. Surely, he can't object to armed criminals being shot on this side of the border.

I have no doubt that rogue elements of the Mexican military are providing cover for smugglers.
And I'm not sure how rogue they are.
Corruption and bribery are a fact of life in that country. I've lived there and visited many times since. I wouldn't care if I never visited there again.
Yes, they strive to make the popular tourist destinations seem friendly and civilized, but stray from there and you'll encounter a whole different Mexico.

"It's been so bred into everyone not to start an international incident with Mexico that it's been going on for years," Doyal told the Bulletin. "When you're up against mounted machine guns, what can you do? Who wants to pull the trigger first? Certainly not us." When you are governor can I have Doyal's job?

The FAA just posted a Temporary Flight Restriction(TFR) along the border of between Mexico and Arizon and New Mexico. The stated reason is so the "surveillance" UAV's will not interfere with general aviation in the area.
I think UAV=Predator
This could be good news, I hope so.
I'd guess that it's more likely a tactic to prevent the Minute Men from observing the border from the air.

Looking at the crew running maybe we really ought to get a few signatures. Or I can just run as an unfunded Republican.
Close the Texas borders and to hell with uneeded toll roads.

"On the other hand if they are just a bunch of drug bandits wearing Mexican Army Uniforms..."
That is what the Mexican Gov't is saying, so I say let's shoot them and assume if they are over here they ARE indeed well armed drug lords.....

"Good Grief!"
Sounds more and more like we should have the US Army Air Calvery do some stints along the border. After a few dozen hellfire missiles and hundred canisters of 25mm cannon shells where spent, maybe these souther goons would start getting the message.

"Mexican Narco Government to hand out maps of Arizona to illegals."
Totally out of hand. GWB better had start telling Foxy that his country are behaving like they are at war with us. We are being invaded by a country sponsoring it. The walls must go up. And then we should send Mexico, Central America, and South American countries that we know allow their goons to come in, a big check to pay for the cost of the wall. It is going to cost an un-believable amount of money to do it right.

Earlier this month, the Department of Homeland Security reported 216 incursions by Mexican soldiers during the past 10 years. This is just staggering. 216! The first time one of these Mexican soldiers shoots a Border Patrol agent, it will be big headlines, and people will wonder why nothing was done.
