Clinton not only sold Nuclear and Military secrets to the Chi-Coms but afterwords loaned them that money and more which they will never pay back. He sold recognition to Vietnam on the cheap and when Ron Brown threatened to talk about that and his many other scams he had him killed. He raped women and discussed troop movements in a country that we had no national interest in while he was getting a blow job, to cover up another blow job , and then hid his other crimes behind blow jobs by saying it was only about sex! After sending stolen FBI files to Larry Flint to blackmail congressmen he got a hung jury verdict in the Senate with not a stinking solitary RAT voting honorably! This was not a president: he was a stain!

you need to distinguish real threat from potential threat. the case of clinton selling technology that advanced china's ballistic missiles is the fractional increase of a threat that was already there -- carters stabbing the shah in the back and allowing the islamic fundamentalists movement to take hold makes the other threat pale by insignificance. there really is no contest between clinton and carter, you just remember clinton better...
