450+ paid officers on payroll and someone had to be cashing the checks.

this is the only explanation that makes sense of the 450+ paid, on the payroll police-persons, employeed yet unidentified, and unknown.
A whole plane full..... I would have thought it would have taken two plane loads to carry them all.
I'll bet this 450+ is some of clintoon's 100,000 more police, clintoon always talked about.
